Making The Perfect Crispy Bacon
Have you ever had a streak of perfectly crisped-up bacon? If you have I'm sure you will agree with me that it has to be one of life's seemingly simple but yet intensely enjoyable things. For those who haven't, not to worry! It's simple, easy and mess-free. I am going to show you how to make some, right now.
Preheat oven to 180C.
You will need a baking tray. Line it with aluminum foil. Place bacon on the foil and ensure they don't touch each other. Ensure that the bacon is at room temperature.
Pop it in the oven for 11-16 mins.
Carefully remove bacon with tongs or chopsticks. Place them on paper towels to drain off excess grease.
Throw away foil and serve bacon.
Pop it in a BLT sandwich. Serve it up with scramble eggs. Or simply eat it with some maple syrup. You decide. :)
