Everyone loves cinnamon. Everyone goes crazy over cinnamon rolls. But you can't sneak a cinnamon roll from your pocket into your mouth in class/work. Your prayers were heard and thus, cinnamon roll cookies. Everyone should, logically, henceforth attempt to bake these cinnamon roll COOKIES.
These are a real piece of work, they're buttery with an unexpected texture. The outer crust is solid, with a slight crunch and the inside is...hear this: CHEWY. I don't know about you but thats magic in my mouth.

I looked at the date of the last post and it dated July. It's been such a long time since the last post and I must apologise to everyone, and most importantly, my stomach. For a long time I was extremely tight on budget because i was saving a trip to Wudang mountain in China for a month of martial art training. I couldn't fork out any for cooking and went into a kind of a hiatus. Dillon have been extremely busy with cooking school, working at his internship somewhat 10-12 hours everyday. He's been learning and having a lot of fun though! Honestly though...I lied about all of the above, I spent the long hiatus making these flatbreads and didn't have time for anything else because i was constantly eating them. Okay i kid, but they are GOOOOOOD. And VERY simple to make. Score.

This little dish spells sexy in every way I can think of. Not only is it sexy to look at, it is also sexy to eat and sexy to smell. This is great to eat the morning after or before the commencement of the night if you know what I mean.
It's the holidays! Two weeks break from school. Awesome times! I'm taking a typing break today to celebrate, I shall lead you to the recipe now. Bwhahahahaha.

There is something really delicious about chicken chops that I can't seem to understand. Here in Singapore, chicken chops or seared marinated chicken legs, are a common dish to find in eateries and food courts. I love them. But it is disappointing when the chicken chop is full of tendons or/and when the sauce is made from a premixed powder.

It is the perfect blueberry muffin. It is soft, buttery, fragrant from added sour cream and filled with a little too many refreshing blueberries and most importantly, moist. There is no greater blasphemy than a dry, throat-choking blueberry muffin, or any muffin for that matter. I saw this post from smitten kitchen and was apprehensive about making these because my experience with blueberry muffins have always been restricted to dry unexciting ones from cafes. But you can bet all the asses in the world that I'm glad i made these and they were jawdropping delicious, enlightening even.
